Upon visiting the Website visitors will be offered to subscribe to Gugushev & Partners newsletter(s) featuring legal updates, articles and other information We may consider useful for our visitors. 13.1. These Terms and Conditions come into force on July 1st, 2020.

13.2. The Terms and Conditions are valid indefinitely throughout the period of the Website operation until their amendment or termination.

13.3. These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. The new Terms and Conditions of Use shall be effective as of the date of publication on the Website unless otherwise required by the applicable laws.

13.4. Should these Terms be amended, Gugushev & Partners will publish details of the amendments on the Website. By continuing to use the Website the visitors agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as amended.
