The Law Society of England and Wales is the independent professional body for solicitors in England and Wales. They are the voice of solicitors, driving excellence in the profession. Their mission is to safeguard the rule of law, protect everyone's right to have access to justice and work to make sure no-one is above the law

The Society promotes England and Wales as the jurisdiction of choice and the vital role legal services play in the economy. The organization also works internationally to open up markets for its members while defending human rights at home and abroad. They provide support to its members with career opportunities, providing networking events and development training.

In 2015, Gugushev & Partners Law Office received an invitation to join the International Division of the Law Society of England and Wales and as of yet is the only law firm on the Balkans honored with a membership in the oldest and most prestigious legal organization in the United Kingdom.
