Gugushev & Partners Law Office represented Techceramic–M JSC, a globally recognized manufacturer of ceramic components, across a range of corporate, intellectual property, and commercial litigation matters.

As part of its ongoing advisory work, the firm supported the client on intellectual property matters arising from its commercial and distribution agreements, including the management of European patents and the protection of trademarks against unauthorized use. Working alongside international counsel, the firm represented Techceramic–M JSC in cross-border trademark opposition proceedings against a former distributor who attempted to register the client's trademark in a foreign jurisdiction without authorization.

In parallel, the firm's dispute resolution team represented Techceramic–M JSC in a complex commercial and construction dispute arising from the defective construction of a photovoltaic plant commissioned by it for their manufacturing operations. Upon identifying serious construction defects, Techceramic-M JSC withheld the final contractual payment, and in response, the contractor obtained a court-ordered freeze over Techceramic's bank accounts as security for their unpaid invoice claim, directly threatening the client's operational liquidity. The firm successfully challenged and lifted the freezing order, restoring the client's access to its funds, and filed a counterclaim on behalf of Techceramic-M JSC for the costs of remedying the defective works. The matter continued through appellate proceedings involving complex technical and accounting expert evidence, setting a significant precedent for renewable energy infrastructure disputes in the industrial manufacturing sector.
