Mr. Stefan Gugushev, the Managing Partner of Gugushev & Partners Law Office, presented an overview of the implications of Brexit on selected branches of law at an event organized by PONTES the CEE lawyers legal network and its office in Slovakia Majerník & Miháliková, s.r.o. The event took place at the Embassy of Slovakia in London on 10 April 2019. More than 40 participants including lawyers, bankers and investors also had the opportunity to learn about the latest updates on M&A in the CEE region presented by Tomáš Doležil from JŠK, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o., the Czech office of PONTES. The presentations were followed by an interesting discussion on the topics, where the participants shared their experience of working with the CEE region.
