Atty. Victor Gugushev, Senior Partner at Gugushev & Partners Law Office, has been selected as a member of the jury for Forbes Bulgaria’s “30 Under 30” selection for 2026.

Each year, Forbes Bulgaria’s “30 Under 30” recognises 30 successful young people under the age of 30 across six categories: business owners, business managers, culture, arts and media, science, technology and healthcare, social entrepreneurship, and sport. The jury evaluates eligible nominations and contributes to the final selection based on the candidates’ overall achievements.

As a member of this year’s jury, Victor Gugushev will contribute his professional experience and perspective to the evaluation of the candidates. Forbes Bulgaria describes him as a lawyer and Senior Partner at Gugushev & Partners Law Office, as well as Chairman of the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Board of Trustees of the “For Our Children” Foundation.

This is not Victor Gugushev’s first involvement with the “30 Under 30” selection. He has previously served on the jury, and Forbes Bulgaria has also featured his guidance on what makes a strong nomination, highlighting the importance of concrete achievements, measurable results, innovative contributions and real-world impact.
