The deadline for online traders to declare their e-shops to the NRA has been extended to June 29, 2019 / 01.06.2019 г.
Traders who use their own or rented e-shops or publicly available online sales platforms are required to submit information to the National Revenue Agency by June 29, 2019. The deadline for announcing e-shops has been extended with the latest changes in legislation, reminded NRA.
The requirement is valid for people who are currently engaged in e-commerce. Traders who are planning to open an e-shop must send data about it before starting their business.
The submission of information requires an electronic signature and should be online only, through the portal for electronic services of the NRA. The requirement applies to individuals and legal entities whose main occupation is online sales, i.e. it does not affect citizens who have accidentally sold their personal belongings, added the revenue agency.
The e-service has been operating since the end of last year, and so far nearly 11,000 e-shops have been declared. A new electronic service is now available on the NRA website, by which users can see whether a specific online retailer has registered his store to the NRA.
Additional information about the requirements for e-commerce can be obtained by the Information Center of the National Revenue Agency 0700 18 700.
