For Mr. Victor Gugushev was a great pleasure to present for the second time the Awards in the Law and Administration category of the Talent of the Year Awards. The event took place on 14 April 2022 at the Literary Club "The Feather" and it was jointly organized by To The Top Agency and Talent Club Bulgaria, both willing to present young, perspective people to companies and employers on the domestic market. In addition to recognition for their classroom and extracurricular activities, students receive a recommendation to reputable employers and an opportunity for promising career development in Bulgaria.

Mr. Victor Gugushev expressed his support for the idea that young people in Bulgaria should be stimulated and encouraged, and their achievements appreciated. Furthermore, awarding first place in the category to Janine Fahd Al-Shargabi he acknowledged that his vote was largely influenced by the candidate's extracurricular activities.
