Galya Gugusheva is Senior Partner at the Law Office. She has 34 years legal experience in the judiciary. As a magistrate, she has worked mainly in the field of "Execution of Penalties"; "Transport and Communications Crimes"; "Crimes against Customs Regime"; "Crimes against the Monetary and Credit System"; "Bank Fraud and Abuse. Intentional bankruptcies"; "Crimes in the line of duty"; "Crimes against justice"; "Bribery"; "Human trafficking"; "Crimes against order and public tranquillity", "General dangerous crimes", as well as in cases  of factual and legal complexity for "Tackling organized crime, combating corruption and money laundering", which are related to economic organized crime. As a prosecutor in the SCP, she has worked in the Pre-trial Proceedings Department and in the Department for Tackling Creditors, Tax and Social Security Systems Crimes, to carry out cassation control over acts of prosecutors' offices in the country.

While working as a prosecutor, she has continuously improved her qualification through trainings on various topics and types of crimes related to her direct work, for which she holds more than 20 certificates.

For her high professionalism, exemplary performance of her duties, high morality, integrity and overall contribution to the modern image of the Bulgarian justice she has been awarded by the SJC and the management of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Bulgaria.
