Teodora Yapadzhieva has joined the team of Gugushev & Partners Law Office in March 2025 as part of the Corporate Department. Prior to that, she has worked in a law office, consulting individuals and legal entities in various legal areas, primarily in the sphere of civil procedure law, commercial law, contract and real estate law. She has also provided full legal services to corporate clients by preparing different types of civil and commercial contracts, due diligence reports of real estate ownership regarding planned investments, as well as any other documents related to the clients’ operational activities.

Duringher studies at the university, she worked as a legal assistant in a law office, assisting the attorneys by researching case law and drafting documents and legal opinions. She has also participated in the Fulbright Internship Program at the Sofia Regional Court, where she assisted the judges by drafting court decisions, rulings and other judicial acts.
