Stefan Gugushev delivered a public lecture on Importance of the corporate valuation in M&As in Queen Mary University of London, UK. Mr. Gugushev was invited by professor Ioannis Kokkoris, Chair in Law and Economics, Center for Commercial Law Studies, to explain to his students in Corporate & Financial law the importance of in-depth financial and legal analysis of large merges and acquisitions. Stefan Gugushev emphasized the importance of the matter, by giving an example of the transfer of the ownership of Kempinski hotel, Sofia, conducted by his team. The procedure itself includes several sources of finance and complex corporate structure that required detailed and thorough pre and post legal analysis.
