Victor Gugushev, Senior Partner, was a moderator at a panel discussion during the 15th Annual Credit Risk Management Conference, organized by ICAP CRIF BULGARIA, which took place on June 12th, 2024, at Sofia Hotel Balkan. Other representatives of the team were Mr Mario Kralev, Associate, and Stefan Kyosev, BDD.

This year's conference theme, "ESG Impact on Credit Risk" provided a compelling exploration of sustainability, social responsibility, and governance in the context of credit risk. Attendees gained valuable insights from distinguished Bulgarian and international keynote speakers on topics including ESG, future trends in credit risk services and data analytics, compliance and the role of technology in risk management.

The panel moderated by Victor Gugushev was titled "Opportunities & Constraints Coming with The New European Regulations" and featured industry experts Maria Luisa Cardini, KYC & Compliance Solutions Senior Manager at CRIF, Mila Razsolkova, COO of UniCredit Bulbank, and Radoslav Pashov, Group CFO and Member of the BoD of Svepol. The discussion provided deep insights into the impacts of new European regulations on credit risk management and explored strategies to navigate these changes effectively.
